Community Development Manager

The role of Community Manager requires a creative, passionate, and driven individual to engage with users, build trust, increase product adoption, and serve as the voice of the customer within internal teams. You will act as a liaison between our users and the brand, managing interactions across various online platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), and Reddit. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing community engagement strategies, overseeing the growth of online communities, addressing user queries promptly and positively, organizing events like AMAs and contests to enhance user engagement, gathering feedback and communicating bugs and feature requests to the product team, as well as staying informed about industry trends, competitor communities, and crypto culture. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Community Manager, preferably within the fintech, wallet, or crypto sectors. A strong grasp of blockchain technology, wallets, and Web3 concepts is essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required, along with the ability to manage community crises effectively and ensure user satisfaction. Familiarity with platforms such as Telegram, Discord, X, Reddit, and community analytics tools is also necessary. Desirable skills include multilingual abilities, particularly in languages like Hindi or other regional dialects, as well as experience in content creation such as memes, posts, articles, and basic design skills.
