Key Responsibilities

Support in building and maintaining a vibrant student community in assigned regions.
Facilitate engagement between students and the organization through events, discussions, and activities.
Encourage participation in brand-related initiatives and campaigns.
Identify student leaders, support their growth, and create a positive, inclusive environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of regional community initiatives.
Gather insights, feedback, and reports from campus-level interactions.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
Must be flexible to travel across campuses within the assigned region.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and student-oriented.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Basic understanding of community management and social engagement is an added advantage.
