Communications Specialist

We are hiring a female Communication Specialist with excellent spoken English to handle phone calls with foreign patients. This is a clinic-based role in Lucknow, and the main responsibility is to speak professionally and clearly with international patients and guide them about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Speak fluently with foreign patients on phone calls
• Assist patients confidently and politely in English
• Handle additional communication via WhatsApp, email, or video calls
• Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for patient follow-ups
• Maintain call records and ensure timely responses
• Provide empathetic and professional assistance to international patients

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory
• Confident and clear voice for handling international phone calls
• Female candidates preferred (as per communication team requirement)
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer support is a plus
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and video platforms
• Good listening and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
