Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and support recovery through evidence-based physiotherapy techniques. Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop effective treatment plans. Design and implement customized physiotherapy programs based on individual needs. Perform advanced mobilization and manual therapy techniques. Assist trauma and post-surgical patients in regaining mobility, including walking and daily movement. Educate patients, caregivers, and the community on injury prevention and healthy living practices. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. Organize and manage physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs, including fitness and wellness initiatives. Maintain accurate patient records and progress documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution. Proven experience as a physiotherapist in a clinical or hospital setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with patients across all age groups. Excellent teamwork, patience, and tolerance. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple cases efficiently. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
