Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Telecaller to handle communication for our online homeopathy clinic. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi and able to coordinate smoothly with Indian and international patients regarding consultations and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with patients via phone and digital platforms Assist in scheduling and coordinating online consultations Follow up with patients and share relevant updates Coordinate with clinic and doctor for smooth communication Maintain professionalism and empathy at all times Requirements: Fluency in English and Hindi (other languages a plus) Comfortable communicating with a global patient base Basic knowledge of smartphone and computer use Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, or medical support preferred Graduate or Diploma holder (medical background is a bonus) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
