Role Overview: We’re looking for a Communications Manager who will act as the first point of contact with our clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and a strong feedback loop. Your core responsibility will be to speak with clients regularly, check on the status of their machines, and relay important updates to our internal team. This is a great role for someone who’s confident, eager to learn, and has strong English communication skills—no prior experience required.
