A Communication Skills Trainer for a school plays a crucial role in enhancing students' ability to express themselves effectively. Job Title: Communication Skills Trainer Location : KAMALA HIGH SCHOOL Job Type: Full-time The Communication Skills Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that improve students' verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. The trainer will work closely with students and educators to foster confidence, clarity, and effectiveness in communication. Key Responsibilities: Assess students' communication skills and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement engaging training sessions, workshops, and activities. Teach verbal communication, public speaking, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Guide students in written communication, including emails, reports, and creative writing. Utilize role-playing, simulations, and interactive exercises to enhance learning. Provide constructive feedback and track students' progress. Collaborate with teachers to integrate communication skills into the curriculum. Stay updated on communication trends and best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Education, or a related field. Proven experience in training or teaching communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to engage and motivate students. Knowledge of various teaching methodologies and learning styles. Patience, adaptability, and creativity in training approaches.
