Profile Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Communication Skills Trainer who is open to learning and adapting. While the primary focus will be on communication skills, this role offers a unique opportunity to expand into multiple training domains such as Model United Nations (MUN), and Soft Skills. We will provide the necessary training and resources.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various aspects of on communication skills, helping participants build confidence and clarity research techniques, and public speaking.

Learn and deliver training in Financial Literacy, MUN, and Soft Skills, with full support and training provided.

Adapt training methodologies to cater to diverse learners across various schools and program

Mentor and provide feedback to students on their performance, helping them improve their skills.

Provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of training sessions and suggest improvements.

Apply If:

● Bachelors in International Relations, Political Science, Law, or a related industry.

● You have experience as a MUN trainer, debate coach or a communication skills trainer.

● You are genuinely interested in global affairs, diplomacy, and current international developments.

● You are a confident communicator with strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.

● You are patient, adaptable, and can effectively manage and engage a dynamic group of students.

● You enjoy guiding young minds and helping them grow into confident thinkers and speakers.
