Job purpose Communications and Life Skills Trainer will be responsible for training, mentoring and coaching the students in English Language/Communication skills and Life Skills. Duties and responsibilities The responsibilities of Communications and Life Skills Trainer will be as follows: Coach Students in English Communication Skills and Adult Literacy Coach Students in Life Skills Conduct Periodic and Summative Assessments Prepare Students for Employment Essentials Designing of Innovative ways to teach Spoken English, come up with creative and interesting assignments Tracking of assignment completion and engagement with SAATHIYA Digital Network Design innovative methods to increase engagement with SAATHIYA Digital Network Help Sr Trainer in designing new interventions and refining of curriculum Follow up with Students and Employers regarding their Performance in the Job Career guidance and mentoring to alumni Qualifications and Work Experience Education Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate Work Experience:- 1 -5 yrs experience in training on Language and Communication skills. Prior experience of training young adults from less privileged background will be preferred.
