Communication Manager

As a Communication Manager at FIS, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging issues in financial services and technology. You will be part of the EIM Group and responsible for sending incident notifications to stakeholders. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for internal and external communication, providing clear, accurate, and timely updates about incidents to stakeholders. Additionally, you will update status pages and other communication channels to inform stakeholders about incident progress and resolution. Documentation of all communication efforts and feedback received during incidents will be essential for post-incident analysis and improving future response strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Craft and disseminate clear, accurate, and timely updates about incidents to internal and external stakeholders - Regularly update status pages and communication channels used to inform stakeholders about incident progress and resolution - Document all communication efforts and feedback received during incidents - Send incident notifications on major incidents to stakeholders, capturing business impact, recovery actions, and notifying internal and external stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - 6 to 12 years of considerable knowledge of incident management principles, procedures, and techniques - Skills in Incident Management, Incident Management Communication, and Executive Communication - Experience in ITIL/ServiceNow - Ability to apply analysis and creative thinking when solving problems and conflicts - Effective communication skills to all levels within the organization - Demonstrated skill in timely, proactive, responsive follow-through on deliverables - Ability to organize tasks and priorities effectively and work under minimal supervision At FIS, you will have the opportunity to be part of the World's Leading FinTech Product MNC, enjoy a range of benefits designed to support your lifestyle and wellbeing, have a multi-faceted job with a broad spectrum of responsibilities, and work in a modern international environment with a dedicated and innovative team.,
