Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who lives at the intersection of clarity, creativity, and speed — a storyteller who can turn complex ideas from Bharat’s agri-commerce ecosystem into simple, sharp, high-impact communication.

This role sits close to the founders and works across teams. The goal is simple: craft communication that moves people — retailers, sellers, employees, investors, and the world outside.

What you’ll own

You’ll be the brain and the hands behind all key communication pillars:

• Crisp PowerPoint presentations that narrate Agrim’s story

• Seller success stories and case studies

• Long-form blogs and category insights

• Grand Reach communications (major launches, announcements)

• High-quality internal employee communication

• Founders-Desk notes & narratives

• Customer-facing communication (updates, releases, education)

• Seller Podcast content creation & scripting

• HR letters, org-wide comms, policy mailers

• Founder-level LinkedIn posts and thought leadership

• Monthly newsletters (internal + external)

• Monthly/Quarterly investor updates

• Support communication templates and SOP language

What you should bring You’ll thrive here if you:

• Write clean, sharp prose and know how to simplify

• Understand narrative structure — how to build tension, clarity, and resolution

• Have a strong aesthetic sense for slides and formatting

• Can switch voices — founder tone, brand tone, HR tone, support tone

• Can turn raw ideas/data into crisp stories without hand-holding

• Move fast, revise fast, and don’t take feedback personally

Who you are

Someone who:

• Thinks like a journalist, writes like a marketer, and polishes like a designer

• Loves going deep into products, numbers, and customer behavior

• Enjoys working on ambiguous, unstructured problems

• Is proactive enough to chase context before creating content

We are located in Gurgaon. This is Work From Office role. This role is in Founders’ Office.
