Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Communication Generalist to support internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, strategic thinker, and collaborative team player who can manage multiple communication channels and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
  • Draft and edit content for newsletters, press releases, intranet, social media, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Support crisis communication and change management initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing events, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication effectiveness.
  • Maintain brand voice and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in corporate communications or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., MS Office, Canva, Mailchimp, SharePoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with internal communications platforms (e.g., Yammer, Slack).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics.
  • Multilingual communication skills (if applicable).
