Job Description

Role Overview: As a Graduate in any discipline with a Certification in communication training preferred, you will be responsible for coaching technical support or customer service teams. Your role will involve designing and delivering engaging training modules to improve performance metrics such as CSAT scores, reduction in bottom quartile performers, and audit compliance. You should have a strong command of English, experience in coaching, and familiarity with audit frameworks for calls and emails. Additionally, you must possess excellent interpersonal and feedback skills to ensure training effectiveness.
