Communication Associate

• Identify and draft engaging patient stories in

  English and the local language that will be used

  for internal communications, newsletters, and outreach materials.
• Support documentation of key events, meetings, and programmes.
• Assist in writing short reports, announcements, and centre updates.
• Ensure all the communications materials being used at the TC are in accordance with the LVPEI guidelines

Digital & Social Media Management

• Provide inputs from the TC for social media updates as per LVPEI brand guidelines.

Photography & Videography

• Capture photos and videos of events, patient interactions (with permission), testimonials and other centre activities, among others to support the central communications team at KAR campus.
• Assist in basic editing and organising multimedia assets.

Stakeholder Support

• Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, and administrative staff for information and inputs.
• Support the communications part of patient engagement activities, donor visits, and community outreach initiatives (banners, reports, brochures etc.).

Operational Support

• Assist in planning and executing events at the centre.
• Ensure display boards, signage, and communication materials are up to date.
• Perform other communication-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline

  (Communications, Journalism, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong command of English and the local language

  (spoken and written).
• Good understanding of

  social media platforms

  and content trends.
• Basic skills in PPT, Excel,

  photography, video recording, and simple editing

  .
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage deadlines.
• Active, smart, energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Sensitivity to patient interaction and professionalism within a healthcare environment.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience in communications, digital content creation, or event support.
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools.
• Experience in documentation, report writing, or storytelling.
