Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to deliver high-impact training programs that enhance interpersonal, communication, and professional skills among students, professionals, or employees. The ideal candidate will be passionate about personal development, possess strong facilitation skills, and have the ability to connect with diverse audiences. REQUIREMENTS: Interview Preparation & Workplace Etiquette Conduct needs assessments to customize sessions as per the audience. Facilitate interactive sessions using a variety of methods (role plays, group discussions, case studies, etc.). Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain training records, prepare session reports, and assist in developing evaluation metrics. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Certification in Soft Skills/Corporate Training is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.). Ability to handle diverse age groups and learning levels. Strong facilitation and presentation abilities. Enthusiastic, energetic, and motivational training style. Experience working in skill development programs (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, CSR projects) is a plus.
