Commis I - Pastry

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing special meals or substitute items, regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters, and ensuring proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Additionally, you will maintain food logs, monitor the quality and quantity of prepared food, communicate assistance needed during busy periods, inform the Chef of excess food items for daily specials, and inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out-of-stock menu items. You will also prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist, as well as prepare cold foods.
