Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Commis Chef with experience in North Indian cuisine to assist in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will support senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting North Indian dishes while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation and cooking of North Indian dishes (curries, tandoori items, breads, etc.) Follow recipes and presentation standards as directed by the Head Chef Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times Requirements:Prior experience in a similar role (Commi I/II/III) in Indian cuisine preferred Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and North Indian cooking methods Team player with a willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
