We are looking for a dedicated Commi 1st, Commi 2nd, Commi 3rd to join our team and support our kitchen operations!
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Head Chef in food preparation and cooking
· Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
· Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
· Help with inventory management, stock checking, and ingredient preparation
· Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
· Follow recipes and plating guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality
· Assist in developing new menu items and improving existing dishes
· Monitor food wastage and ensure cost-effective kitchen operations
· Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils after use
· Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service
