The ideal candidate should have a love for food, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of teamwork. You need to take care of day to day operations like cleaning, daily preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. --- Key Responsibilities: Take part in the preparation and cooking of burgers, sandwiches, and Asian sauces. Follow recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation and storage areas. Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth service. Properly handle ingredients, maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with receiving and storing stock supplies. Learn and execute new recipes and techniques under the chef’s guidance. --- Requirements: Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation. Prior experience in a café, QSR, or restaurant preferred (freshers welcome if eager to learn). Passion for cooking, especially Asian or fusion cuisine.
