Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis Chef located in Hyderabad. The Commis Chef will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking, and assisting with food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining high standards of hygiene, ensuring the quality of food served, and executing tasks as assigned to meet the kitchen’s operational needs. The individual will play a vital role in supporting the culinary team and ensuring an excellent dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
  • Knowledge of and adherence to Hygiene standards and food safety practices
  • Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively within a team
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment and attention to detail
  • Culinary certifications or relevant training are beneficial
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
