Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist senior chefs in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering ingredients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-6 years of experience as a commis or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine with ability to prepare various dishes from different regions (e.g., North Indian, South Indian).
  • Basic understanding of food safety principles and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours or special events.
