Role Snapshot

You’re the engine room of the kitchen. Prep strong, execute clean, move fast, learn faster. This role is for someone who wants to level up in a serious kitchen that cares about systems, consistency, and craft — not jugaad.

What You’ll Own

• Daily mise-en-place as per Queen’s standards (veg, dough support, toppings, sauces).
• Assist in pizza line & hot kitchen execution during service.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and plating exactly — no improvisation unless approved.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across your station.
• Support receiving, storage, FIFO, and basic stock rotation.
• Work smoothly during peak hours — speed + accuracy is non-negotiable.
• Assist seniors in prep planning and closing duties.
• Respect kitchen SOPs, timelines, and discipline.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years experience in a commercial kitchen (pizza / Italian / café experience is a plus).
• Culinary diploma preferred, hunger to learn mandatory.
• Knows basic knife skills, kitchen hygiene, and station discipline.
• Comfortable standing long hours and working weekends/holidays.
• Team player, thick skin, high energy.
• Not ego-driven. Craft-driven.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
