Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi III specializing in Continental Cuisine, based in Dera Bassi. The role involves assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality continental dishes while maintaining hygiene and cleanliness as per food safety standards. The selected candidate will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient workflow, maintain ingredient stock, and contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking with a focus on Continental Cuisine
• Strong Culinary Skills and ability to adhere to recipes and presentation standards
• Knowledge of Hygiene practices and food safety standards
• Time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications in cooking and food handling are a plus
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment is advantageous
