The ideal candidate will assist senior chefs in daily food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and ensure high-quality food service for our guests.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in food preparation and cookingPrepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces as per instructionsMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen as per food safety standardsEnsure proper storage of food items and ingredientsRequirements & QualificationsMinimum 0–2 years of experience as a Commi ChefBasic knowledge of Indian and/or Continental cuisine (depending on kitchen style)Good teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysAccommodation and foodOpportunity to work in a scenic resort environmentHow to ApplyInterested candidates can apply through Indeed or contact us directly with their updated resume.
