Chalu Aapna Desi Chinese, conceptualized in India, serves lip-smacking Desi-style fusion Chinese food to satiate the taste buds of the masses. With its head office in Bhopal and a branch office in Noida, NCR, the company operates pan-India under the leadership of Vibhanshu Vaibhav Mishra. Our mission is to bring unique and flavorful Chinese cuisine with a Desi twist to our customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commi, based in Bhopal . The Commi will assist in food preparation and cooking, maintain hygiene standards, and support the head chef in daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities also include ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes, and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

Food Preparation and Cooking skills
Strong understanding and practice of Hygiene standards
Excellent Communication skills
Proficient Culinary Skills and keen eye for detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a similar culinary role is advantageous
Relevant culinary certification or degree is preferred
