Job Title: Commis III (Kitchen Assistant)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Commis III to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support senior chefs in daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cooking and eager to grow in the culinary field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes.
• Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
• Support daily kitchen operations and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates preferred
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with basic kitchen knowledge can apply)
• Education: Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (preferred)
• Joining: Immediate
• Work Location: Madurai – Vilacheri

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & skill)
• EPF & ESI: Applicable
