Role Overview: You will be responsible for food preparation by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients according to standard recipes and instructions from senior chefs. Additionally, you will assist with or cook simple dishes, prepare sauces, condiments, and other components for Asian cuisine. You will also provide kitchen support by helping with all other aspects of the kitchen, including preparing ingredients for restaurants and catering, and supporting senior staff as needed. Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and a clean and organized workstation is crucial. You will follow company procedures for food safety, labeling, and cleaning schedules.
