Steelmax Concrete Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) manufacturer dedicated to providing top-quality concrete solutions across construction sectors. We operate a large fleet of commercial vehicles essential to our on-site operations. We are currently hiring a Car Maintenance Executive / Automobile Executive to oversee the upkeep and performance of our vehicle fleet.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair schedules for all company vehicles (especially commercial vehicles like transit mixers, loaders, and support vehicles).
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely servicing of vehicles at the site.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate with external service providers or in-house mechanics.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, insurance, fuel logs, and repair history.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, pollution certificates, and vehicle documentation.
• Monitor vehicle performance and report any critical issues to management.
• Maintain inventory of automobile spare parts and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness of vehicles at all times.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of commercial/heavy-duty vehicles.
• Diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering or relevant trade preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engine repair, electrical systems, hydraulic components, and RTO norms.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles across sites.
• Must be proactive, organized, and capable of handling emergency breakdowns.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites, if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
