Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Sourcing Manager, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Commercial Sourcing Manager will be responsible for sourcing leads for commercial projects located in Pune West region. This role will involve developing and implementing sourcing strategies, analyzing market trends. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing.
• Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Strong analytical and market analysis skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the real estate or Proptech industry is a plus
• Candidates with Prior experience in Commercial sourcing will be given preference.
