Job Description

As Datacentre Business Development Manager, your primary mission will be to establish Datacentre Business in your territory with proper understanding of Product Technology Lifecycle, Market analysis information, supervising overall territory development with expected quarterly business reporting and driving customer interactions / support to grow AMD wallet share.

Responsibilities

Drive Grow AMD Datacentre Business
Manage sales with Enterprise Customers through OEMs.
Position OEM platforms for the Sell Out opportunities
Build strong relationships with OEM Commercial team identify key growth areas
Work towards building strong customer relationships, ecosystem business
Ability to develop and drive business strategies
Managing changes and issues with the stakeholders
Leverage appropriate internal/external organizations to resolve issues
Documentation of business plans, including volume revenue
Market research and interaction with the customers / SI Partners to understand market trends
Contingency and/or alternatives planning for possible market shifts

Preferred Experience

Pre-existing understanding of the DC market, with an emphasis on OEM/MNC Server makers
Strong Commercial background knowledge of the IT landscape
Exceptional time-management skills - ability to handle multiple ongoing projects/initiatives
Ability to quickly create effective strategies with imperfect or insufficient datasets
Strong organizational skills - Ability to work across a large organization and get things done
Executive-level presentation and communication skills - ability to speak with confidence
Ability to work under intense pressure

Education

15+ years in a fast-paced business sales role - high tech experience preferred
BS and/or MS degree in Business Management, Finance, or Engineering from a top-tier university
