Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist located in Gurugram. The Commercial Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for handling various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including conducting market research, analyzing property investments, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial models, negotiating lease and sale agreements, coordinating with legal and regulatory bodies, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role requires consistent communication with stakeholders and the ability to deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate knowledge
• Finance skills, including financial modeling and investment analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
