Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist. The specialist will handle various tasks including managing client relationships, negotiating property deals, conducting market research, and preparing detailed reports and presentations. The role involves providing excellent customer service, financial analysis, and assisting clients in making informed decisions regarding real estate investments.

Qualifications

• Skills in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate
• Proficiency in Finance and Financial Analysis
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
