You will be a full-time on-site Commercial Real Estate Specialist based in Indore. Your primary responsibilities will include managing commercial property transactions such as buying, selling, leasing, and renting properties. Your daily tasks will involve conducting market research, analyzing property values, providing financial assessments, and generating reports. Building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate practices, a strong understanding of Finance and market analysis, excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and strong negotiation skills. Any relevant experience in the real estate industry will be considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is required for this role.,
