We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing commercial property deals while offering expert advisory services to clients. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and secure commercial real estate opportunities including office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. Provide strategic guidance to clients on leasing, buying, or selling commercial properties. Conduct market research, property analysis, and site inspections to inform client decisions. Build and maintain a network of property owners, tenants, investors, and developers. Manage the end-to-end transaction process including proposals, negotiations, and documentation. Stay current with real estate market trends, zoning laws, pricing, and regional economic factors. Collaborate with legal, financial, and marketing teams to support client objectives. Represent ZORBA ESTATES at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Requirements Proven track record of successful property transactions and client management. Strong knowledge of the local and regional real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of real estate platforms (e.g., LoopNet, CoStar) preferred. Valid real estate license (as per regional/state regulations).
