Commercial Office Leasing Executive

As a Leasing Executive based in New Delhi, your primary responsibility will be to manage commercial leasing activities. This includes negotiating lease terms, administering lease agreements, and conducting market research. Your day-to-day tasks will involve interacting with clients, preparing lease documents, and ensuring compliance with lease terms. Key Responsibilities: - Showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants, providing detailed information about the project such as key features, floor plans, and amenities. - Act as a liaison between property owners and the property market, helping owners understand market trends, pricing strategies, and enhancing their property's appeal. - Conduct thorough assessments of prospective customers" needs and economic viability to match them with suitable properties. - Skillfully negotiate sales and leasing terms on behalf of clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and successfully close deals. - Provide comprehensive information on properties, including legal requirements, documentation, and potential challenges to ensure clients can make informed decisions. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations. - Knowledge of Lease Administration and Leases. - Skills in Market Research. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
