Job Description

You will be working as part of the UKI Commercial Management team to support the Commercial Management Team Lead and Commercial Management Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the commercial oversight of key supplier relationships and service contracts that support the smooth running of offices. You will have the chance to learn, grow, and advance in an innovative culture that thrives on shared success and diverse ways of thinking, enabling boundaryless opportunities for career growth in new and exciting ways. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure contracts are current, high performing, and aligned with operational needs - Lead the commercial management of suppliers including AV Services, Technology Services, and Project Management, collaborating closely with Service Owners and Procurement - Maintain and update a detailed contract management tracker including start/end dates, activity, and resource levels - Support contract extensions and amendments with financial summaries and reporting - Resolve service delivery issues promptly and effectively in collaboration with the Service Owner - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to policies, procedures, and legislation - Build strong relationships across AWS/LTS and Procurement as well as with external suppliers - Assist in developing supplier scorecards and performance reports - Provide input into key commercial management reporting - Support the development of new processes to enhance supplier management practices - Shadow and support the Commercial Management Team Lead and Commercial Management Team Specialist on complex contracts - Manage SharePoint access and contribute to team knowledge sharing **Qualifications Required:** - Strong financial management and budget control experience - Ability to work independently, ask the right questions, and deliver high-quality services with a focus on customer satisfaction - Effective and creative under pressure with excellent relationship-building skills across all organizational levels - Continuous learning mindset and proactive approach to improvement **Set Yourself Apart:** - Experience in supplier management and stakeholder engagement - Confidence in developing and refining processes - Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
