Commercial Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Bid and Proposal Support

• Assist in preparing and organizing bid documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with design and business development teams to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
• Maintain bid trackers and ensure timely submission of documents.

2. Contract Administration

• Support in reviewing client and subcontractor contracts for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain records of contractual documents and correspondence.
• Track variations and assist in preparing reports for management review.

3. Financial and Resource Coordination

• Help monitor project budgets and cost tracking under the guidance of the Commercial Manager.
• Update resource allocation schedules and assist in tracking utilization.
• Prepare basic financial summaries and assist with invoicing documentation.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain organized files for bids, contracts, and commercial reports.
• Prepare meeting notes and circulate action items to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in generating periodic commercial performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a commercial or administrative support role (preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction consultancy).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
