Job Title: Commercial Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end commercial operations. The role includes customer order processing, coordination with the factory and customers, issuing production intimations, preparing Proforma/Pre-Invoices, and ensuring smooth dispatch and transportation of materials.

You will handle the complete workflow from order receipt to final delivery at the customer’s end. Post-delivery responsibilities include payment follow-ups, coordination for re-orders, and obtaining required statutory compliance documents.

The role also involves providing marketing and sales support to the sales team for promoting the company’s complete product range, along with executing any additional tasks assigned by the management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders and coordinate with internal teams
• Prepare Proforma/Pre-Invoices and manage dispatch documentation
• Follow up with customers for payments and repeat orders
• Ensure statutory documents are collected and maintained
• Support sales & marketing activities
• Maintain strong customer communication and service
