Designation: Commercial Executive

Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 Per Month

Work Location : Paradise Circle, Secunderabad

Work Timings: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Executive to support our costing, invoicing, and purchase operations.

The primary responsibility will be product costing—for which complete training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have a basic finance/commercial background, strong numerical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Product Costing:

Prepare accurate costing of manufactured products, components, and projects.
Analyse raw material, labour, and overhead costs.Maintain costing sheets and update rates periodically.Complete training will be provided for costing processes.GST Invoice Preparation:

Create and issue GST-compliant sales invoices
Purchase Coordination:

Raise purchase enquiries and obtain quotations.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.Maintain purchase records and vendor documentation.Commercial & Finance Support:

Assist in basic finance-related tasks—payment follow-ups, vendor bills checking, and documentation.
Coordinate with accounts team for GRN, invoice matching, and payment processing.

Highest Qualification required:

B. Com graduate / M. Com Graduate / Diploma Mechanical / B Sc.

Relevant Experience required:

Experience in Commercial matters - Invoicing, Purchase etc. for 1 year minimum - Preferably in Manufacturing Company.

Technical skills required :

Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, data entry).
Understanding of GST billing and basic tax concepts.
Basic commercial and finance knowledge (preferred).
Good English / Hindi communication skills.
