We have an opening for the Profile of PROJECT MANAGER Need hyderabad based experienced candidate for projects head Job Title: Projects Head Commercial Interior Design Location: Hyderabad Department: Project Management Reports to: Managing Director Position Overview: The Projects Head will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all commercial interior design projects from inception to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards. The Projects Head will work closely with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with the project scope and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Lead the planning, design, and execution of commercial interior projects, ensuring that the objectives, timelines, and budget constraints are met. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering strong, lasting relationships. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project managers, designers, and other team members. Ensure effective collaboration and teamwork across departments. Resource Allocation: Ensure the optimal allocation of resources (designers, contractors, vendors, etc.) for project execution while adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints. Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure the projects are delivered within the allocated financial parameters. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality control process to ensure design standards, safety, and regulatory requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. Scheduling: Create and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and managing any deviations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth flow of projects. Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials and services. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, budget adherence, and potential issues. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial interior design to ensure the company’s projects are innovative and competitive. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in interior design project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience managing large-scale commercial projects is highly preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent project management and organizational abilities Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar) Strong knowledge of interior design principles and commercial construction processes Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Budgeting and cost management expertise Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements Certifications (preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications would be an advantage. Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with site visits to project locations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
