To prepare and provide data for MCA related compliance i.e. XBRL, DPT-3, FLA etc 5. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Tax regulations, and internal policies 6. Fund Flow management and banking activities 7. Prepare & present financial reports to senior management and provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis 8. Monitor and report key financial metrics 9. Keeping Track on Monthly Principal & Interest payment. Ensuring timely payment of vendors, staff etc Monitor and manage Cash flow. 10. Segmental finalizations and RPT reconciliation and reporting. 11. Ensure auditors (Internal & External) findings and recommendations are implemented. 12.
