Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively.
Communicate fluently with US clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Nurture and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client engagement.
Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular reports.

Key Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Prior experience in handling
US clients
is mandatory.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
No prior logistics industry experience required.
