Commercial Counsel

Your primary focus will involve drafting various commercial contracts such as NDAs, Distribution, Supply Chain, Joint Development, Consultancy, Service, Toll Manufacturing Agreements, and more. You will provide legal guidance on complex commercial transactions, including import and export activities, and have the opportunity to lead key initiatives to advance your career within the company. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Legal, Greater Asia, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a high volume of commercial contracts. As an integral part of the business team, you will contribute to strategic decisions, counsel on global commercial challenges, and collaborate with legal experts to ensure compliance and risk mitigation strategies are in place. To be successful in this role, you should hold a law degree from a reputable university in India, while a qualification as a Company Secretary is preferred. With at least 10 years of relevant legal experience, including work in top-tier law firms and international companies, you should possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
