Commercial Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day commercial and administrative operations of the factory.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, bills, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external parties for smooth operations.
• Assist in accounting-related tasks and maintain records in a systematic manner.
• Support management in liasioning work with local authorities, government offices, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely follow-up on payments, orders, and other commercial matters.
• Provide assistance in reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance support.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of commerce and business operations.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, Tally/ERP preferred).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and handle liasioning work.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and good IQ level.
• Proactive, reliable, and organized.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com mandatory).
• 3–4 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be based in/ready to work at Raninagar Industrial Area, Jalpaiguri.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
