Job Description

As a Commercial Analyst supporting International GTM teams at the company, your role is crucial in revenue planning, forecasting, and execution in a consumption-based revenue model. You will be the analytical backbone for international regional sales leaders, translating data into insights, ensuring forecasting accuracy, driving pipeline health, and supporting the global revenue strategy. Collaboration across GTM, Finance, and Marketing is key to making data-backed decisions and driving business performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Revenue Planning & Forecasting** - Support consumption-based revenue forecasting models - Maintain forecast models, identifying key drivers and opportunities - Partner with Finance for alignment on plans and quota setting - **Performance Analytics & Reporting** - Build and maintain dashboards for performance reviews - Analyze pipeline trends and performance metrics - Provide insights on product, geo, and market performance - **Commercial Execution Support** - Monitor revenue plan execution and identify growth opportunities - Provide analytical support for field enablement and campaign prioritization - Drive data quality and CRM hygiene in sales teams - **Stakeholder Partnership** - Partner with International GTM leaders and cross-functional teams - Ensure alignment with Finance, Sales Ops, and Strategy teams - Establish global standards while supporting local market nuances **Required Skills & Experience:** - 3-6 years of experience in RevOps, Commercial Finance, or Sales Analytics - Strong analytical and modeling skills, proficiency in BI tools - Experience supporting international sales teams - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Excel/SmartSheets - Ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Self-starter in a fast-paced, high-growth environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC commercial teams - Understanding of consumption-based revenue models - Ability to support global stakeholders across time zones **Success in This Role Looks Like:** - Accurate and predictable revenue planning - Trusted analytical partner to regional leaders - Scalable reporting for international performance clarity - Clear insights on risks and growth levers - Improvements in forecast rigor and pipeline discipline In addition to the job description, the company values data-driven decision-making, clarity, integrity, collaboration, and equal opportunity employment.,
