1. Mentoring & Training:
Provide guidance to students in developing essential communication skills and aptitude for problem-solving.
Design and deliver engaging sessions that enhance verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
2. Placement Alignment:
Collaborate with the placement team to ensure students’ communication and aptitude skills meet industry standards, enhancing their employability.
3. Feedback & Assessment:
Regularly assess student performance in communication and aptitude, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
4. Communication:
Maintain consistent communication with students and parents to address questions, support needs, and progress updates.
5. Professional Development:
Keep updated on the latest trends and best practices in communication skills training and aptitude development to improve training quality.
Work with admissions to assess applicants' communication skills and aptitude suitability for the program. Conduct introductory sessions for prospective students, highlighting program benefits and addressing their queries.
Conduct practical training sessions to strengthen students' communication and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to organize relevant workshops and seminars on communication and aptitude topics.
Engage in personal and professional development activities to maintain current teaching methods aligned with industry trends.
Monitor and maintain data on student progress, including attendance, assessment scores, and improvement in communication and aptitude.
Education: Master’s degree in Commerce or a relevant field focused on Commerce related subjects.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in teaching aptitude and problem-solving techniques, and a genuine passion for student mentorship
