Job Title: Command Area Manager
Location: Banerjee Bajaj, Suri

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales operations and performance in the assigned command area.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Bajaj two-wheelers.
• Monitor and guide the sales team to improve productivity and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute area-level marketing and promotional activities.
• Build strong dealer and customer relationships to drive brand presence.
• Track competitor activities and share market insights with management.
• Ensure smooth coordination between showroom, finance, and registration teams.
• Regular reporting to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and challenges.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automobile sales/area management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Target-driven, customer-focused, and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned command area.
• Two-wheeler Driving License preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
