This role blends mentorship, creativity, and coordination, offering you the unique opportunity to work closely with some of the brightest student minds across campuses. You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing a thriving campus-based creator ecosystem by overseeing club activities, elevating local talent, and ensuring alignment with ETV WIN’s content and brand values. This is more than a managerial role—it’s a mission to build a vibrant youth community where ideas, storytelling, and innovation come alive. 🔧Responsibilities Oversee and support WIN.CLUBs in assigned colleges. Drive smooth execution of events, content production, and workshops. Supervise college club social media handles; ensure timely and quality content. Ensure brand consistency and content alignment with ETV WIN guidelines. Mentor student leaders to develop leadership & project management skills. Conduct monthly performance reviews and submit activity reports. Coordinate with ETV WIN team and partners for guest sessions, contests, etc. Identify top student talent for internships, showcases, and special projects. 🎓Qualifications Prior experience as a college president, club head, or youth mentor. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passionate about youth culture, arts, and storytelling.
