Job Description

📌 Collection Manager – SPL | Jaipur & Udaipur

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute collections for Salaried Personal Loan (SPL) portfolio.
Allocate cases to in-house/agency teams & monitor recovery performance.
Ensure adherence to collection process & legal guidelines.
Follow up on delinquent accounts, negotiate settlements & control bucket-wise delinquency.
Handle skip tracing, NPA & recommend legal actions where required.
Maintain MIS/reports & share regular updates with senior management.
Coordinate with branches & HO for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Graduate with
3–5 years’ experience
in collections (preferably SPL/Unsecured loans).
Knowledge of legal processes & regulatory guidelines.
Strong negotiation, communication & people management skills.
Willingness to travel locally.
