Collections Analyst II

In the role of Cash App Associate III - JLPT in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding receivables from Japanese-speaking customers. Your duties will include communication in Japanese and English through various channels, maintaining records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring aging reports to prioritize collections. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve outstanding receivables from Japanese-speaking customers. - Communicate effectively in Japanese and English via phone, email, and other channels. - Maintain records in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. - Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Billing, and Customer Service. - Monitor aging reports and prioritize collections. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in collections or customer service. - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and fluent English. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. This role is suited for individuals with a solid background in finance or collections and fluency in Japanese, particularly for managing Japanese clients or accounts.
